Visiting Us?

Our home ground is situated next to Elsecar Park and Elsecar Cricket Club. With our 2nd pitch located 5 minutes away at Wentworth.

The park has won many awards over the years, it is home to a nature reserve and reservoir along with a 9 hole golf course, not forgetting the bandstand which hosts band concerts throughout the summer, more on Elsecar park here.

We share our ground with Elsecar Main Cricket club which plays in the Barnsley & District Cricket League - Division 1, you can check out more on them here.

Close by is Elsecar Heritage centre which is a short walk from our ground car park and next to the free Wentworth road car park, the heritage centre is a great place to visit for all the family.

Home Ground -

Car Park £2 parking fee, paid at club shop upon arrival.

2-29 Armroyd Ln, Elsecar, Barnsley S74 8ES

2nd Pitch -

Wentworth, use the Wentworth village car park and the pitch is located just behind. S62 7TA

Visitor Information

Upon arrival make sure to pay the car park fee in the cricket tea rooms.

Please use the top gate which is situated to the right once you enter the car park, This is our main entrance.

You then will pass our tuck shop where you can get drinks sweets and even bacon sandwiches. Please help keep our ground tidy and use the bins provided.

We do ask if all Spectators stay off the pitch at all times, only Players and Coaches, this helps us maintain the pitch.
